Auto Loans
For each banking product tracked, BankingMyWay calculates seven different indices, all updated daily. Deposit rates (CDs, Savings, Money Market and Interest Checking) are shown on one page while home mortgages, home equity loans and auto loans are shown on separate pages.
The Mega 25 Index is an average of rates issued by the largest 25 financial institutions that we track.
Our Composite Index is an average of all rates in our database. This includes the largest 25 institutions plus thousands of other institutions.
Each Regional Index is a subgroup of the Composite Index.
In addition to updating the average rate for each banking product on a daily basis, we provide you with the average rate for the previous week so that you have an idea of where rates are trending.
